TST Masterclass for Parents
Why This Masterclass Exists
My passion has always been the development of the whole athlete not just the player. That's why I created TST Academy, and it's why I built this masterclass. The court is only part of the picture. What happens at home, in the car, after a bad game, during a recruiting season that's where athletes are either built up or quietly broken down. The more equipped parents are with the right knowledge, the better they can show up for their daughters in every moment that matters on and off the court. That's exactly what this is for.

Masterclass Topics
What Your Athlete Actually Needs From You
The most important thing you can give your daughter has nothing to do with basketball.
What you'll walk away with: A clear understanding of your role and the confidence to show up for her in a way that actually helps.
How Confidence Actually Works
Every time you step in and fix it for her, you take something away from her.
What you'll walk away with: Specific language you can use this week and a few things to stop saying immediately.
What Coaches Are Actually Watching
I made recruiting decisions influenced by parents and those parents never knew it.
What you'll walk away with: An insider look at what coaches actually see, say, and decide and how to make sure you're helping your daughter's chances, not hurting them.

You love your daughter. You show up. You sacrifice for this.
And you still leave some games wondering if you said the right thing. If you handled that moment the way you should have. If she's pulling away from you and if basketball is part of the reason why.

I've been a coach for over a decade. Kentucky. Tennessee. Indiana. Louisiana Tech. I've been in the film room, on the recruiting trail, and on the other end of the phone call that changes a family's life.
I've also watched parents -- good parents, parents just like you -- quietly make things harder for their daughters without ever knowing it.
This masterclass is the conversation I wish I could have had with every parent I ever coached and recruited.

HERE'S WHAT WE ARE GETTING INTO:
What coaches are actually watching beyond skill.
How confidence actually works and what parents do that quietly chips away at it.
What your athlete actually needs from you. Not what you think she needs. What she actually needs.

This is for you if your daughter plays basketball at the middle school or high school level and you're ready to understand your role -- not just as a fan in the stands, but as the most important person in her development.
